At Lingon Labs, we believe in the power of artificial intelligence to improve how people spend their working hours. At the core of our philosophy is the concept of "quality levels" of work - consisting of a middle tier, which is what people are hired to do in an organization, a higher tier, which allows them to leverage their skills in unique and exciting ways and potentially enter a state of "flow" as well as deep fulfillment, and the bottom tier - the repetitive set of tasks that require high concentration, take a lot of time and hold us back.
Our mission is to create intelligent agents that seamlessly integrate into existing business processes to replace this bottom third of work while giving people back the power to spend more time in the medium and top third.

Our founding team spent many years experiencing the shortcomings of existing Office of the CFO automation software - as investors, partners, users, and designers of such solutions - and are passionate about taking their gathered experience into our journey of fundamentally improving the quality of work experience in the finance and accounting function.
